Plisko Place is slated to be completed in the spring of 2025. The project offers a top-of-the-line apartment experience for its tenants. The facility has 58 apartments between two towers and seven different styles with ADA options. Plisko Place provides quick revenue potential with its additional luxury features, which are available for lease to tenants including parking garages, EV chargers, Wi-Fi, and storage units. 

The spacious and comfortable layout of each unit makes it easier for each tenant to navigate and use the space efficiently. All materials used for the project are high quality, durable and low-maintenance. This provides an aesthetic depth that is easy to maintain. There are in-unit washers and dryers, a recreational room, and an outside play area.
