Landscaping
Disney and Associates will complete the landscaping outside of your home according to our specifications. All plants, seed, sod, etc. placed by Disney and Associates are the homeowner’s responsibility to maintain. Should your plants / sod die from over or underwatering, this is not a warranty item.
Insects & Infestation
Disney and Associates warranties that your home is termite-free upon delivery of your home. Keeping it that way is the responsibility of the homeowner. Other insects and infestations are the responsibility of the homeowner.
